Third Eye Therapies yoga therapy sessions use a holistic approach by combining yoga philosophy and guided movement with contemporary mind-body psychology. This process of physical movement and dialogue is client-centered, open-ended, and non-directive. You are facilitated through an experience of yourself in the present moment. Each session supports you in self-witnessing using the knowledge of the body, physical therapy expertise, and yoga therapy training. Change, growth and enhanced well-being is possible when self-awareness and acceptance are supported.
While a series of sessions are often most helpful, profound change has been known to occur in a single session.
